How we supply optical fiber
The optical fibre market moves in price, while orders are planned months ahead, so we do not buy every batch from scratch. We work with factories under long-term contracts. That reduces dependence on market swings and helps you plan purchasing.
You send the volume, the specification and the deadline. We come back with a factory quotation and shipping options. The larger the volume, the lower the unit price. The minimum order is $5,000.
Before ordering we clarify with you what exactly is needed: the type of fibre or cable, the length, the packaging, the number of spools. The exact parameters depend on your task, so describe it as specifically as you can.

Quality control in China
We have a team in Guangzhou that checks the product on site, before the batch is dispatched. It lets us spot differences from the specification while they can still be fixed.
We compare the batch with the approved specification and check marking, completeness, and the packing of spools and cartons. The list of measurements you need (for example length, attenuation, geometry) is agreed with you before the order, because requirements depend on the application. You receive photos and video of the batch.
Documents and shipping
Optical fibre normally needs an invoice, a packing list and the manufacturer's product documents. The exact list depends on the type of goods and your country, so we find it out in advance.
Air takes 7–15 days, sea and rail up to 45 days. Large batches of spools usually go by sea or rail, urgent small ones by air. We can arrange door-to-door DDP delivery.
The commission starts at 10% and decreases with volume. For production to order, payment is 30% at the start and 70% when the goods are ready. All terms are in the FAQ.
