About Chinese Tiger: A Chinese-Speaking Sourcing Team

Chinese Tiger is a China sourcing agent led by Ukrainians. The managers speak Chinese, and our representatives work on the ground in China, so negotiations and factory checks happen in the supplier's own language.

How we work

One team from sourcing to delivery. You can hand us the whole procurement process and focus on selling. Or you give us one step, such as inspection or logistics.

Open about the paperwork. For larger orders we provide detailed invoices, contracts with Chinese factories and help with customs documents.

People on the ground. Our teams in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen visit factories and check the goods before shipment.

Shipping and costs. We negotiate delivery terms with logistics partners and calculate the cost before you order.

Quality and compliance. Inspections at the factory and support with certificates such as ISO, FDA, CPC and CE where the product needs them.

Logistics partners and inspection team

Handle shipping to the client's warehouse or fulfilment centre and examine goods before dispatch.

Client case 1. Direct supply instead of wholesalers

Goal. The client wanted to cut out intermediaries, buy straight from manufacturers in China, widen the range and get better prices on bulk and private label orders.

What we did. We searched for factory-direct suppliers, compared MOQ across factories to fit the client's budget, calculated air and sea shipping to Europe, found unusual electronics and product variations, and ordered samples for market testing.

Result. The client lowered sourcing costs and now buys from factories directly with a wider range of goods.

Client case 2. Wooden children's structures

Goal. Find a manufacturer of wooden children's structures and accessories, reduce the cost and meet the safety rules of the target markets.

What we did. We chose a cost-efficient factory after comparing several options, improved the product design, defined MOQ and private label requirements, arranged certification for the EU, US and Canada, and ran inspections, logistics and delivery to the US and Canada.

Result. 20% cost savings, faster delivery, and the whole chain of sourcing, production and customs handed to us.

Client case 3. Cosmetics with custom packaging

Goal. Produce cosmetics at verified factories with private label branding, custom packaging and unique formulations.

What we did. We reviewed more than 20 suppliers, ordered samples and picked the best one on formula, price and packaging. We managed production, ran quality inspections and visited the factory to solve issues in real time.

Result. Regular production of 6 cosmetic products, with delivery cost calculation and import coordination from our side.

Client case 4. Private label tableware for an Instagram store

Goal. Build a branded product line for an Instagram tableware store.

What we did. We vetted suppliers, agreed how defects are handled, ordered custom packaging and branded stickers with the client's logo, and inspected the goods in China to check quality and logo application.

Result. A wider line of branded tableware and a steadier supply from China.

Client case 5. Regular containers of furniture

Goal. Deliver chairs and tables from verified factories in full container volumes to Europe and Ukraine.

What we did. We selected factories by product features, quality and certifications, supplied catalogues and prices, negotiated delivery terms and coordinated monthly container shipments, including customs clearance for Ukraine.

Result. A steady supply of furniture and more time for the client to spend on marketing.

Client case 6. Custom outdoor screens

Goal. Source waterproof electronic screens for outdoor advertising with customised chip settings.

What we did. We evaluated more than 20 suppliers, ordered samples, chose an electronics supplier, managed chip programming and packaging and supervised the production cycle. The shipment went from China to Slovakia with customs clearance support.

Result. A batch of customised screens delivered in Europe and a continuing relationship with the factory.

Client case 7. Regular supply of drone parts

Goal. Keep a steady bulk supply of electronic drone parts with cost-effective delivery.

What we did. We researched the technical requirements, worked with factories that hold stock or produce quickly to cut lead time, agreed long-term supply terms and chose logistics routes.

Result. Regular delivery of drone parts with minimal delays.
