China Sourcing Services: From Factory Search to Delivery

Bulk purchasing and turnkey orders
This is the core service. You send the product, quantity and target market. We run the order from the first factory enquiry to the goods arriving at your warehouse.
What we do in it:
- Supplier communication. We talk to factories in Chinese about quantity, colours, sizes, packaging and every other detail of the specification.
- Factory checks. We look at the business licence, whether the supplier is a factory or a trading company, and what the production really looks like. Offers come from several suppliers so you can compare.
- Terms. We negotiate price, MOQ, lead time and shipping, and we ask for quotations and delivery costs in advance.
- One contact person. A manager keeps you updated, confirms order details, pays the supplier and prepares the documents.

Private label and custom products
If you want your own brand, your own packaging or a changed version of an existing product, we connect you with a suitable factory and manage the work from idea to finished batch.
- Logo, barcodes, stickers and branded packaging
- Changes to a product's design or specification
- Samples before production, so you approve the real thing
- Regular repeat production once the first batch works
We have run this for cosmetics, tableware, wooden children's structures and electronics. Our clients sell on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart and Etsy, and we can ship straight to an Amazon prep centre or fulfilment centre if you choose that.
Quality control and factory inspection
We check the goods before you pay the final part of the order.
- Before you commit. We verify the supplier's licence, certificates, production capacity and timelines.
- Samples. We inspect samples against your specification.
- Before shipment. An inspector checks the batch at the factory, and you get photos and video. A final check can be done at the logistics warehouse.
- Report. You see the inspection results before the goods leave China.
If we find defects, we deal with the factory while the goods are still in China. Inspections are charged separately and the price depends on the product and batch size.
Certification support
Some products need documents before they can be sold in your market. We help you prepare the paperwork for FDA, CPC, ISO and CE when your product requires it.
To be clear about our role: we do not issue certificates. We work with the factory and the testing bodies to collect the right documents and test reports, and we tell you early if a product is likely to have trouble with the rules of your market. Certification is charged separately.
Shipping and customs: DDP, LCL, FCL
We work with logistics partners and offer sea, air and rail.
- LCL means a shared container, for smaller loads.
- FCL means a full container for you alone.
- DDP means door-to-door delivery with duties and taxes included in the price we quote.
Air takes 7–15 days. Sea and rail take up to 45 days. We calculate the delivery cost before you place the order, so the landed price is known in advance. For how shipping terms and documents work in general, read the step-by-step import guide.

Factory search with a sample ($100–300), inspections, certification, branding and custom development, shipping and customs.
Payment methods
Wise, Payoneer, bank transfer or USDT. USD or EUR to a European account adds 20% to the invoice.
Who this is not for
Dropshipping, single pieces and orders below $2,000. We cannot give a price that works at those volumes.
