What we launch under your brand
These are three different directions that are often launched together: cosmetics (creams, masks, serums), supplements, and containers with packaging. Each has its own requirements, so we treat them separately.
Your formula, your ingredients, your design. We look for a factory able to make exactly that, not one offering a ready product with someone else's label. To do that we compare several manufacturers by capability, minimum batch, price and experience in your category.
One of our projects: a client wanted cosmetics with unusual packaging, logos and glitter. We reviewed more than 20 factories, chose one, handled purchasing and inspections. The client now regularly releases 6 cosmetic products.
What a launch consists of
Formula and production
We choose a GMP factory for the category, volume and quality level, and order a sample to your formula.
Containers
Jars, bottles, tubes, boxes. We help compare options and order containers separately or together with the product.
Packaging and labels
Box design, labels, branded packaging. We check how the logo was applied and whether the print matches the artwork.
Control and shipping
Our team in China follows the process, checks the batch before dispatch and arranges delivery.
Stages of a launch
1. You send the product, formula or reference, format, volume and packaging requirements. 2. We select factories, compare quotations and price production, containers, packaging, documents and logistics. 3. We order a sample. Factory search with a sample costs $100–300, depending on complexity. 4. After you approve it, the factory starts the batch. Payment is 30% at the start and 70% when ready. 5. We check the batch, prepare the documents and ship.
Production time depends on the product, so we give it in the quotation and not in advance.
Documents: what we can do and what we cannot
It is easy to get this wrong, so we say it directly. We help find manufacturers who can provide the documents you need (among them FDA, ISO, CPSR) and we help collect them. We do not certify products and we do not issue permits.
The FDA does not certify factories in the way people usually assume. Requirements depend on where you sell: the US, the EU and the UK differ, and cosmetics differ from supplements. So before ordering we work out your market and the list of documents it needs, and only then choose a factory.
If you plan to sell in the EU or the US, part of the requirements has to be covered through local responsible persons and registrations. We can help collect technical documents from the factory, but the final conclusion comes from the competent authority or a lawyer in your market.
Shipping and costs
Cosmetics and supplements usually travel by sea or rail (up to 45 days) or by air (7–15 days), depending on volume and urgency. Some ingredients can carry carrier restrictions, and we check them before dispatch.
The commission starts at 10%. Extra services (inspections, documents, logistics) are charged separately, and you see the amounts before you pay. All terms are in the FAQ.
Questions about cosmetics, supplements and packaging
Can you produce to my own formula?
Yes. You provide the formula or ingredient list, and we find a factory able to make it and order a sample.
Do you certify supplements and cosmetics?
No. We help find factories with the right documents and collect them. The decision on compliance is made by the competent authority in your market.
What is the minimum batch?
Production under your brand starts from $2,000. The minimum quantity depends on the factory and the product type, and we state it in the quotation.
Can I order only containers?
Yes. Jars, bottles, boxes and labels can be ordered without producing the product.
Is there a difference between cosmetics and supplements?
Yes. They have different regulatory requirements, composition, production and documents. We treat them separately and clarify the requirements before choosing a factory.
